I forgot to post yesterday. I did day 4, which was Cardio Recovery. More like super, duper, deep advanced yoga poses. Omg I got stretched in places I didn’t know I could stretch… Anyways. I think if I do a full week I will continue on. I have confidence in myself. Plus, the fact that I am posting it on Tumblr helps me not chicken out.
