So today I began Insanity…*
I have come to the conclusion that workout videos probably work, they just exhaust us to the point that we never go back to keep on the longevity of the videos.
Anyways WOW. There was a point that I felt as if I was going to throw up my heart. This was very challenging, hitting many muscle groups I know for a fact are ignored at the gym. Now, don’t get me wrong, the gym is still my sanctuary; but I think my working out needs a re-vamp because I do not feel the same ever since my half-marathon back on January 29.
My fit test results made me realize I don’t have as many weaknesses as I thought, but the ones I have were ones I didn’t imagine.
Switch kicks: 42
Power jacks: 47
Power knees: 61
Power jumps: 41
Globe jumps: 10
Suicide jumps: 14
Push-up jacks: 24
Low plank obliques: 21
Time to get busy!
