So today technically is day 1, but overall day 2 of Insanity.
My arms + core + calves feel like jello. Lifting my arms to type is actually kind of discomforting… I’ve always been bad at push ups, considering my body weight :(
My heart rate kept hitting about 185 and I had to move locations at times because I was just creating a massive pool of sweat of where I was placed.
This reminds me of my half marathon training. I hated beginning, enjoyed the beginning, loved the middle, wanted to quit before I ended, and when I actually completed the task at hand, a sense of accomplishment of not cutting it short.
I just really hope I keep my momentum going.
