Alright so it’s day 3! Today I did Cardio Power & Resistance. I found this one the most fun (probably because I felt I was capable of doing most exercises)
I roughly burnt around 600 calories, which for 40-ish minutes isn’t too shabby, eh? ;)
I know this is just me fantasizing and being disillusion, but I swear I see my shoulders + biceps getting ripped already… I guess I’ll have to stick around and see :D
